VERY strange problem with "Settings"

Good evening all of You :)

So - as i stated in the title, i have a VERY strange problem. I don't know exactly when it started - so i can't tell you any possible "troublemakers". And the problem is that:

My HDD and everything else is working just fine. Games, movies, opening folders, executing programs - EVERYTHING is O.K... Almost Everything :) My problem starts when i right-click on any bigger executable file (like "Autpatcher Installation" - 358 MB), and choose "Settings" from the menu.
Settings tab is opening for 30-40 seconds! :/
In this time - i can do anything else, computer's not slowing down, or anything else. It's just that - looong time to open settings tab for executable files (bigger file = more time to open this tab). And i want to ask all of You:

WHAT can be the posible case?

I'm sorry for trouble - i've figured it out by myself :)
Anyway - in case, if anyone will encounter the same trouble:

Try lowering the value of your Paging File :)

Sometimes it takes a while for the properties window to show up for me. I'll try lowering my pagefile even though I havent increased it since i got my pc. Thanks for the heads up!
