VGA card board on a PIII motherboard
hi all,
Got a question about a newly put together from old parts PC, i beleive everything is compatible i havent tried it yet. I have a pentum III (you can guess how old the parts are), the motherboard does not have a VGA jack, so i pulled out a VGA card that plugs into the PCI from a gateway. Now my question will i be able to see anything on the screen, or do i have to install the driver for the VGA card first? and if i have to install the driver how will i know what i am doing on a system that is just put together with barely the bios, that i probalbly wont see. Is there a step before hand or a setting i can do on the mobo to tell it to to look at the card before opening up bios or anything so it can be displayed in screen.
thanks
