Vga - Pci

Look on your mobo and see if it has a few white sockets near the bottem, usually under your graphics card.
 
VGA means Video Graphic Array, and is just a type, not a slot. PCI is a Pheriphiral comment Interconnect, and it is a SLOT on your motherboard.

As long as your motherboard has a PCI slot then it will work with a PCI video card.(Just maek sure you do not get this confussed with PCI-E :P)

You might have a APG(accelerated graphics port) Slot on your motherboard too, which is the better of the two slots.
 
You'll be able to use a PCI video card (NOT THE SAME AS PCI EXPRESS), provided you haven't used all your PCI slots, but there aren't any modern video cards that come in PCI.

You likely have either an AGP or a PCI-E slot, but not both (there are a few motherboards that support both, but i'd imagine you'd know if you had one).

So, I can only use PCI GPUs not PCI express?

GeForce 7300 16X PCI express, will it work on my PC?
