Hi, i'm having trouble connecting my PC to my tv through the vga port with a VGA to composite dongle and my video card (9600GT) supports tv-out and I know people have done it with this card but all i'm getting is noise on the TV.
any ideas what setting to configure to get it to work? also I can't try to let it detect the TV because of the obvious reason, I can't see the desktop to work on it when it's connected to the TV. someone help!!
