Vid Card Issue?

So I was playing a graphic intense game and when it was running, I went to pick up something off the floor and my head was next the my tower. I heard that the video card was making a slight screeching noise. It wasn't that loud but it was slightly noticable. I stopped the game and the screeching stopped. Any ideas what this could be?

Could be a whining capacitor, or it could be the sleeve-bearing fan, starting to protest (possible retirement). Neither are conclusively dangerous, but if the capacitor is about to burst it could be so. Try to narrow down the possibilities, stop the fan while the noise is active to see if it halts.

Both can be fixed. New capacitors would need to be soldered on, in place of the bad ones, the fan would simply be replaced.
