video capture card

im thinking about buying a new camcorder, and i would like to be able to edit it on the computer, the one im getting doesnt have USB or firewire, and im unsure about S-Video.

Do any of you know of any good capture cards for under $50 USD? I need it to have audio and video inputs. Thanks

Well i did some research and found that people rated it 9of10 and 8of10, compared to other ones with much lower ratings, so i will most likely go with this one.
