You can use speccy to tell the motherboard model and the PSU model will be written on the top of the PSU or on the side.

If you can stretch your budget slightly more, you might be able to get an ATI 5850. Best budget card IMO.

It's perfect for things HD videos and photoshop.

That's slightly an overkill.

A passive cooled 5450 for $25 a/r will handle 1080p perfectly and will use less power and be completely silent (no fan).

Your best bet for 80 bucks would be a 5670, like Motoxrdude said. If you have the power supply for it.

If its just for general computing and no gaming then GeForce 220 512mb should be more than enough and you will save yourself some cash.
