Video Card Benchmarks

Hey all,

What program can I use to test/benchmark my video card? I recently put a new 9800 SE in and would like to try a softmod on it, but I'm not sure what program to use to see what kind of improvement I get.

just run some video intensive game and check the FPS(frames per second) you get before and after. almost all FPS (first person shooter this time) have a FPS display...heh more FPS than you can shake a stick at :)
 
You can run specific games and stuff to test specific aspects of your card (i.e., shaders, DX8, DX9 etc)
