Video Card Buzzing

Whenever a game is running or i move/minimize/restore a window my graphic card buzzes. obviously, when it processing. is that a problem or is that just what it does?

im assuming you have the stock cooler? it could be a couple things ranging from...cooler going out...card not bolted in properly or something as simple as dust build up in the cooler is setting the fan off balance causing it to shake, rattle or in this case buzz.
 
I doubt it's your video card... I've had this problem with some PC's and I beleive it's related to the capacitors on the motherboard. My old Abit KT7A(Athlon 1.4GHz) did it for quite a while, and unless something's happened, someone on here is still using it!
 
well i think its something internal cause i just tried turning the fan off and then moving a window and it still does it. so i dont thinks its that fan. i dosnt worry me, its probably something it does. im just checkin
