Id suggest arranging this with a perspective of intended resolution.

I made a thread dedicated to the performance of my 7850 that I got. I don't have any cards to compare it with though. Not sure if that's what you're going for.

thinking having it set up as:
below 720p
720p
1080p
1440/1600
above (not that many at all would have 4k resolution and not know to use 7970CF/680SLI/690)

Yeah, classify them by budget, low to medium res with medium settings, entry, medium res with high settings, gaming, high res with med to high settings, then enthusiast, 1440p res and maxed settings. Then you could color code them for the power supply recomendation, most should just be a cx600 or higher quality 500w
