video card compatibility

I have a PC Chip M922LR motherboard and I just bought a Geforce MX440 8X AGP video card. It doesn't appear to be recognizing it. Can anyone help?
 
How is it not recognizing it? What happens? Which windows you using? Did you only change the video card recently?
 
Have you uninstalled the previous graphics cards drivers and installed the proper nVidia drivers?
