Video Card Confusion

I am buying the X800XL made by connect 3D from tigerdirect.com and it generally cheaper than the ones on newegg. Then i realized that they have different model numbers, the one on tigerdirect.com is the 3028C, there is one on newegg.com that is the 3028 and the other is 3028B. I was just wondering if there is any dramatic differences between the 3 that i should be concerned about and why the one from tigerdirect.com is such a low price? Here are the links

I wouldn't worry about the price difference. They all seem to be the same, I would go with the one from tigerdirect
