video card crashes

My video card/radeon 9600XT + ati silencer)crashes ,turing the games.If I start a game ,the card crashes after u 15 mints.I tried 3dmark 2001 and the card crashed again turing the test(in the begining).I installed the newst drivers and nothing.I took the card out of the agp slot and cleand the slot and but the card back and nothing.
Where is the problem?

BTW!My english is quite bad :(
