Video Card Drivers for this model

I just got this new laptop from newegg and was wondering if I need to install anything from a brand new laptop that's out of the box? Does it come with all the drivers I need for it out of the box?

No, you do not need to install anything.

His laptop does have a 540m in it, I would suggest updating the video drivers, only if they are out of date.
