Video card dying?

I have the Geforce 7600GT, it has been running great for about 2 years now. Recently when playing World of warcraft I have been having times where the screen freezes for 10-15 seconds then comes back. Other times where I get triangle shapes around the screen. and I have in the last week had the computer restart itself while the screen was frozen. Is the video card dying? I have current anti virus and spyware. My computer is clean. What could this be. I have since reduced the video quality settings on wow from high to medium.
 
Have you checked the temps on the card under load? that could be results of overheating. Have you checked the heatsink for dust?
 
How can I check the video card under load? The comp is only about 1.5 years old and never had a problem playing wow on high settings until now. I sprayed the video card with canned air today to get any dust buildup.
 
use rivatuner, and monitor it. Let it run a log while you game, then you can review it when your finished.
