Video Card for 4k + 1440P Monitor setup (Not a gamer)

Hi all!

I am currently using the rig in my sig with my ASUS 1440p monitor. I was thinking about getting an additional Dell 27" P2715Q 4K IPS Monitor to run as a dual display setup. I know my 5770 will not handle that resolution...

I am a photographer so editing in Lightroom and Photoshop are what I mainly use my computer for. no gaming.

What video card would you recommend for driving a 4K + 1440p monitor setup?

I would prefer keeping the video card price under $200. I see the GTX 960 is right at $200. Are there any cheaper cards that would still be suitable?

Thanks for the reply! I also forgot to mention that I am running the OCZ ModXStream Pro 600W PSU. Would that handle the R9 280 ok?
