Video card for media ceter PC

Hey everyone! Im new to the forum.
I have a old computer that i am turning into a media center for my living room. To complete this project the way i would like i need a video card that can handle high def video and can export audio through either a DVI port or more preferable a HDMI port. I dont realy need it to do anything else. Id apreciate any help that can be provided.
 
I dont need some high performace video card, only thing it needs to be able to do is handle high def video without any problems, have a HDMI connection and export audio over HDMI. This computer is only for pushing video onto my TV in my living room, so hopefully there is something less than $150 that would suit my aplication
