on the hd 4870x2 there are different versions of the card which one is the best one to get. asus, diamond, sapphire, and so on. i don't know which one to get.

Usually there isn't much difference between the sub brands other than customer service and price. Sometimes some brands will have different clock frequencies though. Just compare prices and check to see what people think on customer service.
 
Hi Musso, look at the Visiontek brand, they offer a lifetime warranty - and although there is a chance that you'll upgrade in a year or 2, having a lifetime warranty on the product means it will keep a better resale value.
