Video Card Help

I am looking at installing an RC flight simulator that I have ordered. Using the simulator will help improve my skills and it's cheaper than crashing the real thing.
I was looking at the requirements for the video card and under devices on my computer all my computer tells me is that is has an Intel HD Graphics card.
The computer is an Inspiron 620 with Windows 7, 4 GB of ram, 64 bit and an Intel Core i3-2120 @ 3.3 Ghz. I also have only a minimal PS rated at 300 watts I see.
I see that the minimum requirements for the RF 7 software is 3D accelerated video with 32 mb of dedicated video memory. I am not sure if my Intel HD Graphics card will fit the bill here.
I found myself on the NVidia site showing many video cards and the PS requirements and I see many that will run on my 300 watt PS. I could upgrade the PS if I had to I suppose.
But what they don't tell me on the site is what is considered as a 3D Accelerated card?
Any help would be appreciated.

That appears to be quite a card.
I am no sure I need that much of a card but then again what do I know.
Lots to learn apparently.

Thats a low end card. Just enough power to run that game well, without needing a new psu. Anything less will use about the same power, so id go for the best power to performance ratio if i were you.

So how do I judge if a card meets the requirement for a "3D Accelerated Graphics" card as specified?
I don't see that terminology used when I look at the cards.
By they way, I just looked and my monitor is only a 1600x900 LED display w/60z resolution so I cannot see getting a card that will do much more than that.

OK, another term I don't know about.
I did install the flight sim and it's OK but just barely as far as I am concerned at this point.
I was looking at the Nvidia chipset GT 620 but now I am told that it will not be much better than the built in Intel 2000 Graphics.
But it appears that going to higher level cards will not do me much good with the standard IN2030 monitor with the VGA plug?
