video card issue

hey,

for apparently no reason my video card (geforce 6600 go) is not being used to has mysteriously been replaced by a mobile intel 915GM/GMS,910GML Express Chipset. i have no idea what this is, but i can no longer play BF2 because whatever is being used instead of my geforce card is not good enough to play it.

i dont know what has caused this issue, any help would be greatly appreciated.

in case its needed here are my computer stats:

intel pentium M proc. 1.6ghz
504mb RAM
mobile intel express 128mb?????? supposed to be geforce 6600 go 256mb
80GB hard drive

its an alienware area-51 laptop too btw

also, i have tried reinstalling the graphics card from the utility cd given to me from alienware.

i have also tried downloading the latest driver for my card, but upon install i get the error "cannot find device drivers compatible with this installation" or something like that.

yes, definetly try reinstallnig the newest drivers for that card and post back what happens.
