i think some hardware in my computer might be bottlenecking my gpu... im not sure if it would be my cpu, ram, or what ever. when i built this computer around a year ago, any game i ran was running perfectly fine (well above 60fps). but now, with newer games, not so much. games that would seem as though my computer should handle them without a problem, aren't running that great. first, i thought it might have been faulty RAM, but i dont think so now. im starting to think its my CPU. im able to play crysis 2 on high no problem. i get between 60-70 fps all the time. so after playing through crysis 2, i decided to go play crysis 1. it seems kind of weird to play them backwards, but thats not the point. i understand crysis 1 is a little more demanding than crysis 2, but im only able to get 20-30 fps on it. but here's the reason i think something is bottlenecking my gpu: it doesn't matter what graphics setting i set it to, i get about the same fps. that's not the only game i realized that on either. i just bought assassin's creed brotherhood yesterday and the same thing is happening. im only getting around 40-50 fps no matter what the settings are. i know 40-50 isn't really too horrible, but i know my graphics card should be able to do better, especially with crysis. i've read things on the internet and watched videos on youtube of people with the same graphics card and playing crysis either on high or very high. assassin's creed and crysis aren't the only 2 games this is happening to, but those are the only one's that came to mind. plus i already wrote a ton in this post anyway. please help. thanks

these are just the links i used when i built this computer, didn't feel like writing out the names of the parts, lol
EDIT: there is definitely something wrong here. call of duty black ops is way worse than crysis and assassins creed combined!! if i put it on 1080p with all the highest settings, i can only get it around 20-35 fps. and if i put it all the way down to 800 x 600 on all the lowest settings possible, i get the same thing!!! WTF?? please, i need some help........
