I got a new hard drive and I installed Windows XP SP3 on it

The problem is that I have to get drivers for my video card but it won't display so I don't know the name or the brand. Is there any way I can find that out?

Just open up the computer and read the sticker on the card. You may have to pull the card out, but they all have model numbers on the back of them.

How do you plan on installing drivers if you have no display to do so?

Are you sure this monitor works?

Have you checked out this card in another computer?

Any video card will display without drivers but it's going to run slow. Sounds like you have another issue..

When you say it wont display. Do you mean your getting (no) video on the monitor. Or that in XP you cant tell what kind of Video card/Intergraded video you have?
