So I am having problems with both the 560TI and the 560TI 448 that I own. I'll split it into two parts to help keep this organised.
My system with the 560 TI.
System specs below...
It seems to run perfectly fine in every game that I have except for SC2 HTOS. I get artifacts and Open GL Crashes. I have run an extended sessions of Furmark as well as the Valley and Catzilla Benchmarks. No crashes or even minor freezes at all. I have looked around Google and I can't seem to narrow it down to a bug in the game so all I can really do is make sure that my GPU is not to blame.
Girlfriends system with 560 TI 448
Installed with an FX 6300 on a Gigabyte 990FXA-UD3 with 8gb of RAM and a Corsair 750w with +60a on the +12v rail
So far I can get Windows 8 to run but I get a BSOD with the error Clock_Watchdog_Timeout. I have used nVidia drivers 314, 310.9, and 310.7. They all have the same issue. just to take the motherboard out of the equation I installed the 560 TI 448 in my desktop and it crashes any game and Windows 7 whenever I load anything remotely demanding.
I'm kinda at a loss here. I did get the 560 TI 448 to run SC2 on my desktop once and it was killing the performance of my standard 560 TI. That is what makes me think that there is something wrong with it. I used to see +80fps in battle and now I will dip into the 30s.
Any help is appreciated.
