Video Card Recommendations?

I decided that it was time for me to get a new video card when I noticed that I could play FEAR Combat on only minimum settings. My PC specs are

Asus P4P800E-Deluxe
Pentium 4 3.2 ghz
OCZ DDR PC3500 2x512
GeForce FX 5700LE 256mb
120 gig hardrive

Im interested in purchasing a video card in the 100-150 dollar range. Im thinking of purchasing this video card http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16814150157

and this PSU since I only have a 350w

However, I dont know too much about video cards or PSUs so I would appreciate any other suggestions.

I believe those will work just fine,Antec makes great psus and XFX makes insanely awesome graphic cards,and the 6800XT is no different.

THe 6800XT sucks, it's a slashed down version of the 6800vanilla and only has 8 ppl and lower clocks. With $150, you can get a 7600GS agp and x1600pro. And if you're willing to pay about $15 to $20 bucks more, you can get the x850pro or 6800GS.

Have you ever heard of a pci-express X16 FX 5700LE Probably not, lol, his motherboard only has AGP, so the 7600gt ko you suggested wouldn't work.

once again guys, his motherboard is agp, so that 7600gt would NOT work.

I'm pretty sure the X850 Pro comes in AGP.So that'd be a go go decision
