Video card replacement - opinions

Well my video card packed it in thus I am in need of a new one. My PC is a Dell Studio Quad core and the current card is a Nvidia Geforce 9800GT 1G PCI-E 16x. I would like something a little better if possible. Could you guys suggest a suitable replacement for my PC. Also, I do game some so I want something to handle the latest games.

Oh and do you have a budget. To get any decent graphics card you will need a new Power Supply as well.

Would like to stay under $250CDN. Also, if I decided to upgrade Power Supply can you suggest something. I would prefer if its something from NCIX as I can easily get it shipped to my location from these guys.

Yep, that's the card, strange the link works when I click it up in my post.

So if I buy that card and the PSU you mentioned than this will all work in my Dell PC. Are the PSU universal in how they mount. As mentioned my PC Dell Studio, unfortunately I don't have my PC with me to gather all the info from it. I do know its about 4 years old and its a quad core with 6 gig of ram.

Also, the video card (GTX 660) I mentioned above, is this a decent card for the money. Is there something better in that price range.
 
Yes.

But can you measure how much distance you have to make sure the card will fit? I'm not familiar with the studio so don't know how much room is available.
