With no programs running, my Sapphire 5450 graphics card hovers around 33° celsius, with a few programs running it stays around 52°, and after playing a Blu-Ray movie, it is at 65°. Is this too hot? I have a side vent with no fan on it. I also have a 4-pin case fan at the lower front whose speed I can increase, but during movies it's kind of loud. Here are my options.

1) Do nothing, the temps are normal.
2) Increase the speed of the lower front 4-pin fan.
3) Add a fan to the side vent.
4) Both 2 and 3.

What should I do?

The temps seem fine. If it's an older card you can always just clean out any dust, that might drop it a few degrees.

I agree that a good cleaning can solve alot of problems with temps. However they look fine really. You can increase the speed of your fan or add another, but this may also increase the noise that you hear during the movie. at the end of the day though, if it stays as it is, it'll be fine, but if it rapidly starts increasing then make changes
