Video Card slightly too big, won't screw

Remove the GPU and take a pic of the slot. One from the top, and one from the same angle as the first pic. Then we will be able to tell you how to remove it.

It seems fixed in place, could I just pop it out with force?

Yes, I remember my old compaq computer had them in there pretty well

yea. It will need to be removed via force. Just dont bend the case when you remove it.

I have a hp m9250f. I just installed a new power supply

I too have that model - can you let me know what power supply you went with and the specs (harnesses). If you have a copy of the invoice you could email me, that would be even better! I was thinking about going with 500w and 30A based on the suggestion in the power supply section in this forum (for the 560ti).
