Video Card Temperature

I need a program that can tell me the temperature of my graphic card and records the temperature like every minute so when my computer freezes, I can tell if its the graphic card which is overheating. Also, is there anyway I can see temp in Bios?
 
I don't think he should overclock if he's experiencing freezing/overheating...

And I'm not too sure those records the temps and saves it to a file so he can see it when he reloads windows.
 
What video card do you have? I use Catalyst(there are other types available like Afterburner free of charge), there's an option at the bottom for a number of tasks: Overclocking, temperature/activity/fanspeed monitors, and the clock speeds you're using at the moment.
