Video card temps, diffrent Issue

I was wandering whats the decent tempature on a 6800GS/GT, while playing on Fable: The Lost Chapters non overclocked, the GPU went up to 153F, that seems slightly high to me, it has been appled with Artic Silver 5 and everything... do i just need better case cooling?

does the GS has the same heatsink as the GT?
if yo, is suggest you put a Fan in the front as exhaust.
the tempererature of my GT (425/1200 atm ) is now 48*C idle, on its stock cooling.
