Video Card trouble

I was just playing Call of DUty about an hour ago. Worked perfectly. Now when i try to get on, the screen flashes black for a little bit, then gives me this error.

i click ok..then this pops up.

WTF!?!?!? where can i upload ATI Drivers safely? If this is the problem...
