Video Card/ TV resolution

The video card im getting has a max resolution of 2048 x 1536. The TV has a Native resolution of 1366 x 768. Am I going to have any problems using my TV as a monitor? I plan to hook it up DVI to HDMI if that makes a difference.

I read if i hook it up to HDMI, then the TV will only show it in an HD resolution, which I know is not something x 720, not 1366 x 768. Therefore the scaling will distort the picture. It said Although scaling of a TV signal wont change much, the scaling of a computer graphics will cause the text to be very distorted and unreadable. Is this true? Will I have terrible results with an HDMI hookup, where if i went VGA to VGA, I could set the resolution, and the TV would output that exact resolution?

Shorty this is a great question, One that i m also interested in finding out the answer too. I will continue to search around and if i am able to find answer i will report back!
