Video card upgrade for HP M7360N

I want to replace the video card in this computer, but have a few questions. The power supply is only 300 watt unit. Most cards I look at say they need a minimum of 300 watts. My question is will these cards work without slowing my computer down or will I need to replace the PSU? I'm looking at either PNY GeForce 6600 or PNY GeForce 7300 GS. Will either one work ok? My computer specs are PentiumD 920 2.8, Motherboard Asus P5LP-LE, 2 GB DDR2 SDRAM, current video card is GeForce 6200SE with 64 MB DDR memory. This computer is only 1 month old but the monitor is a Samsung 930B with DVI interface. That's why I want to change card so I can use the DVI option. Thanks for your replies. Any other suggestions will be appreciated also. Thanks again

Your computer uses the new BTX motherboard where the components are arranged for air flow. I haven't actually checked to see if a standard PSU will fit, but am pretty sure it will. It is just mounted in a different position than on a ATX board. The stock 300 watt PSU will be cutting it close with one of those cards. However; I do notice that HP and Compaq both offer their systems with the PCI-E cards as optional items, but I don't know if they upgrade the PSU or not. I guess you could install the card and see if it is stable. If not, then buy another PSU. Just remember all PSU's don't really put out the watts that they claim, so do your research.
