Video card with HDMI output for my Dimension 8400

I want to add a HDMI output to my Dell Dimension 8400 so I can hook it up to my tv, since I'm getting a new video card, I want one that would be a upgrade from my stock vido card that my Dimension 8400 came with.

Whats a good video card with HDMI output that will work good to watch movies and DVDs on my Dimension 8400?

-I want to replace my video card in my Dimension 8400 with one that has an HDMI output.
-I want the HDMI output so I can be able to connect my computer to my TV and be able to watch movies/DVD's on my TV.

Can you link me a cheap nividia video card with hdmi output that would fit my 8400 and work on it?
...sorry if I sound lazy, idk much about this, so I don't want to end up getting the wrong one.

If the AMD is cheaper, it'll work just fine. I've had no problems with my friend's AMD drivers, especially with just watching movies.

Then he would have to get a cable running audio to the TV. A good solution if he doesn't want to spend money, though.
