Im looking to build a gaming computer and a lot of the good video cards are PCI Express 2.0 x16. The motherboard I'm getting says it supports PCI Express x16, not PCI 2.0. Is this going to be a problem? If so, what motherboard has a 2.0 slot that will work with this card?

Are you wanting to run SLI, if not why not get a AM2+ board with PCIe 2.0

there are some differences between the two but if you're not wanting to run sli like strangehold is asking and if you're not a benchmarking geek who get his kicks out of higher 3dmarks scores. Your fine with this mobo and vid card.

AM2+ better support for the Phenom- PCIe 2.0- Hypertransport 3.0- Support for DDR2 1066. Good deal for 100 bucks
