Video Compression....Need Help

Hey there guys i was looking for the best video compression software out there money really isn't to big of an obstacle. I have 4 terabytes for my hared-drives and i am recording video without sound.. In a day i fill up around 100 Gb of video and i was wondering if there is any type of software that i could use to free up space and maybe make more room for storage its not big deal to fill up parts of these hard-drives but idealy i would love to have the most hard-drive space available..thanks in advance guys

what type of video is it, and what type of video are you trying to make it into?
basically, a better way to free up space would be to back some videos up to dvd, the worst way is to make the files smaller because normally the smaller the files the worse the quality... normally...
