video converter

I need to know what a good video converter is that can convert MOV to AVI or MPG. Doesn't matter if it's free or not.

Stoik video converter...or something like that. I have the zip at home. It's a free converter, very basic, but does the job quite well. You can convert most anything(I'm pretty sure .mov's included) to AVI, WMV, and I beleive mpegs.

If not, tmpeg, or something like that ;P It converts JUST to mpeg, but I can't recall if it'll use a .mov file or not...

And you say MPG, do you mean MPEG1 or MPEG2?
