im looking for a program like apples' imovie for pc. im not to concerned about capturing or splicing clips or adding audio i have a few programs that do that fine. I like the effects ive seen on some imovie projects like adding lighting or the zoom feature where the video actually stays clear when it zooms. I guess im looking for special effects more then being able to emboss or add light flares.
 
Any thing? ive seen alot of the normal plug ins out their and they seem to fall short. I like stuff like the light saber effect. when i learned to do that i had anything i could video tape holding a light saber.
