Video erratic

I have in the last 6 months upgrade to 45Mbs internet and every thing was fine, but in the last couple of weeks I find that my video for example Youtube or Facebook is erratic and keeps stopping on my Motor G4 phone. I suspect that this started to happen after upgrading from Android 4 to 5. Has anyone else had this problem? or is there a fix?
My laptop appears to be OK

I noticed my next door neighbour has a Sky box same as myself, from which I have a strong signal, could we be clashing channels? I am on channel 11 which is set to Auto, do I assume that the channel will automatically change if we clash?
 
Got no reply about this but to feedback, I have found out that Android 5 can cause this and has failed to be fixed even after 2 updates.
