video interface vs size

ok im looking to build a new computer and im wondering if it is better to have a 512 video card size with a 128bit interface or a 256 video card with a 256bit interface or even is a 512 vid card with a 256bit interface better then one with a 128......i need help *crys in a corner*

256MB at 256bit is good... but 1GB at 512bit is better

how well would it be able to run games like battlefield 2 on full graphics and cs:s? and also im lookin for something that i could hook up to my tv (crt) and get good quality

well i threw that 7600gt that you put a link on into my wishlist im getting a jop and the pc that im running now is geting a bit to slow for my taste thanx for the help and if theres anything else that i wanna know ill pst so watch out for me thanx again

hey umm the 7600GT isnt on the recomended videocard list for BF2...do you know if it will still run well

I have a 7600GT XT, (clocked a bit higher)

Runs fine at max, (if you have the right amount of ram )
I think you should be able to get max out of the game with a standard 7600GT

how do you overclock a videocard i have a gig of ram and a 1.8 processor amd duron and my vid card right now is a radeon 9250

Don't overclock it the GPU, not really worth it. 7600gt should play BF2 on max, given your other parts in the computer is up to date. Oh yeah..you might want to upgrade your Duron too..
