Finally I decided on Conroe E6300 with Gigabyte GA 965P DS3 mobo.

Now I heard there are some problems with Bios on the Mobo, also Northbridge run
really hot(do I need extra fan?) and some DDR doesnt work with it (1.8V??).

I will buy Radeon X1600 XT 256MB.

Will 500W PSU be enough??
ATX case mid tower or full tower?(still cant decide)

As the mobo doesnt have Firewire I will have to stick in extra PCI card and later I want to buy extra PCI capture/tuner card.

Already have DVD burner and soundcard from older PC.

Do I need extra fans or something else I forgot??

do you have memory for it? you will need to use ddr2 not ddr which is probably where u got the ddr doesnt work, northbridges dont need to be cooled really well so i would hold off on buying a fan and if you think that it is too hot you can always pick up a fan later, just make sure you flash the newest version of your bios after u get the board as that should solve many of the issues, 500w of power is plenty but the quality of the psu also counts so make sure its a good brand and has good specs all around, an atx mid or full will both hold your motherboard but id go with a full to give you more space to work with and it allows you to upgrade more easily

thats all i can see right now

the 800mhz is a good thing as that is the fastest ddr2 can go so you want that(the board will run anything lower too) as for the memory error i think that was just bad luck with the board and memory with that guy as there are many reveiws that dont say anything about the memory being bad so i wouldnt worry about it

btw do u have an sata hard drive?

Ahh yeah.Have to buy them.

So you think this combination will work nice??
And it's hard to overclock as I never did that??

Thanks again for help

actully i just built my first pc not too long ago and i find overclocking to be very easy and that processor should be very good at it the most important thing to remember is to only push it a little bit at a time as this will avoid a major issue with the processor but other than that its very safe and easy in my opinion

and yes your build looks very good when youve decided on everything could u post each part and mayb even a link on newegg that way i could look over it

good luck

Thanks a lot.I'll do that.

Just need to find some DDR2 sticks.

Is there any tutorial how to overclock this mobo??

as far as tutorials go they are pretty much the same for all motherboards except for a few settings might be named differently just google overclocking guide and it should come up with many different guides read over a few and pick youre favorite
