Have a tablet (android) coming for my son for xmas. Any way I can put the skype to use. My wife and I have only basis cell phones. For instance, can I purchase a camera that will work with the skype. I just don't understand what the skype does! Thanks = Paul

First off, Skype allows users to communicate with peers by voice using a microphone, video by using a webcam, and instant messaging over the Internet.

Does the tablet have a front facing camera? If so, all you'll need to do is get a webcam for your computer. Then you can use Skype to talk to your son.

Depends on how much you want to spend. I prefer Logitech cameras myself.

Yeah that'll be fine. You won't need anything else for the tablet besides creating two Skype accounts so you can use the app.
