Video stalls?

Frequency:
This happens about once every 3 days. This time it appeared
while loading a game.

Description:
The video freezes. For a few seconds I can see the mouse moving.
Then the mouse freezes too. I cannot close the program that
caused the stall. I have to restart the computer.

The heatsink on the CPU or the GPU?

I only had computer for a month now. I've been keeping it really clean,
so I don't think that's the prob. But I will take a look at it.
