Videos from any site are taking forever to load, in fact, I spend more time watching the spinny thing in the middle of the screen than I do watching videos. I've tried restarting my PC, did a delete of cookies, browsing history, etc, and ran a malware scan and removed some things, but the videos still take forever to load. Also, it does this no matter what browser I use. I don't think it would be my internet service as I have Spectrum cable. What else could be causing this?

Have you tired unplugging modem/router and plugging back in to reset it? Sometimes that helps.
