video player grahpic - Not window media

I hope i'm in the right place - the problem is that when I play something with real player & power DVD the quiilty of the pitcure is poor ANd very bright, BUT when I play something with window media player like a dvd the pitcure quity is prefect. the sound on all 3 is OK. I have new driver for the dvd player but I can't understand how to get the real player to have a better pitcur :confused: :confused: e

I really hate realplayer, and not too much of a fan of power DVD, but from what I remember, they have their own overlay settings. Has something been changed within their menus to make things brighter? That's all I can think if it's not consistant. Windows Media Player typically works off the overall overlay settings that can be set under display proporties/advanced/overlay(on MOST cards) You could check that out too, but I doubt you're problem would be there...
 
I don't think anyone has been changing the menus (i never know that was possible) I don't blame you for not liking real player or power DVD I'm not much of a fan either but RA file can only on Reals pity! how do you change the consistant? if that not a daft question to ask
