Viewing recorded tv shows

Trying to access my recorded tv shows that I recorded through Windows Media Center. I want to burn them on to a dvd . When I go to C:User\Public\Recorded Tv Show , I see my shows. If I use a program like DVDFab Hd Decrypter and go into browse and then the C:User\Public etc , the only thing that shows under Recorded Shows are Sample Shows that came with the program. How do I access my recorded shows and why do they not show up through Browse but do under Computer\C etc ? I have a Gateway GM 5442 with vista and tv tuner.
 
start>search>for files or folder>

search for the tv show name or the file extention, *.avi *.wmv

try looking at WMC FAQ or helps
 
Thanks for your help. I did look at Start and then search is how I found my recorded programs , its when I open up a program like Catalyst or the DVDFAB program and it ask me for the file that I cant see them. I go into the Browse and and go to the same place the search told me they were at and they dont show up.

I also tried looking at the Microft Media Center FAQ and Help before posting and didnt come up with a answer.

Its probably there , I just am not seeing them.
 
I found what I was doing wrong. Forgot to selected "All Files" for file type when I got to the Recorded Tv section. Thanks alot
