Viewsonic VX2235wm-5 CCFL Question

Hi...Please?? Can anybody help ...I want to check the CCFL tubes on my Viewsonic VX2235wm-5 Monitor that I have been working on....but I do not know how to get at them ...I took a photo but I cannot attach it???

Now the units back is off and its screen downwards on a towel on a table .. Is anybody familiar with this unit ?? There is a metal frame that the Power Board and Main Board screw on to..There are clips right round the outer of this metal frame (3 on each side /3 at bottom /4 at top ) ...Is this the answer...Does one have to unclip all these and does this allow the metal frame to come off exposing the CCFL tubes...

If you've ever taken an LCD apart, then you'd know the CCFL's are built right into the monitor and they are impossible to get at.
