Hehe im so glad i moved house, used to have NTL, now have Sky.

try contacting them and moaning at them lol... worked when i was trying to get sky to sort out my ping issues.

ive got the ntl:250 modem can anyone tell me wether thats capable of 10mb

I have virgin media on the 20mb connection and i have had no down time in the last 12 months great service amazing speed well done virgin media.
