Virtual Floppy

So i have this dell poweredge tower server and i need to do a fresh install of windows (server 2003), however the hard drives are connected to a dell raid controller which requires extra drivers when loading windows. now microsoft - in their infinite wisdom - decided that the only way to install 3rd party drivers is with a floppy. now what does one do when there is no floppy drive?? i know i can get a usb floppy drive, but is there a way to do this virtually? is there some software that i can put on a usb drive that would act like a floppy drive?

maybe let me look for you

thanks for looking. it looks as though that would work great once windows was running. however i need a program that would make a usb stick look like a floppy drive to win setup, so win thinks there is actually a floppy drive connected....

oh oh i dont know about that

well i resolved the issue by using a really cool app called nlite it made it very easy to slipstream the driver in with the win cd...
