Virtual Memory

hey all, i was looking through ome options on my computer and i came across this...virtual memory, is it a good idea to higher this a little, or should i just leave it be?

Depending on what you do with your machine, you can probably get away with it disabled. If you are doing stuff that implictly requires 'memory', be it physical or virtual, you should probably set it high
