Virtual Memory

I have Windows XP Professional and I keep getting the error message "your system is low on virtual memory. To ensure that Windows runs properly, increase the size of your virtual memory paging file".

I think I am following the right steps to correct this by going to Microsoft Support - My Computer - Properties - System Properties - Settings - Performance Options - Advanced - Virtual Memory - Change - ?? This is where I am stuck! It says "change the Initial Size value and the Maximum size value to a higher value". What higher value should I go to? The current values are Initial 960 Maximum 1920.

Thanks for assistance!

The easiest way to fix this and for future problems, is to buy more physical memory for your system. How much memory is installed at the moment?
